About Me, my story thus far…….

Having spent 10 years working within the financial sector I decided a change is a good as a rest. Since making that decision there hasn’t been a moments rest, submerging myself into the world of design covering all aspects of industrial design with the same level of passion & enthusiasm that got me to the top of my field in the financial sector.

As evidenced in the enclosed portfolio my experience in design covers a wide variety of projects, all approached with the same human centric & innovative approach that has been evident throughout my career. My ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield both a profitable outcome as well as achieving customer wants has proven to be one of my greatest assets.

My change & process management experience encompasses technological, cultural and structural change, UX design as well as developing training and knowledge management programs. I pride myself on my ability to implement change that drives productivity and efficiency, while maintaining staff engagement and building and negotiating excellent relationships with key stakeholders. 

 

My other core strengths include product development, prototyping, process & systems improvement, conducting training & workshops as well as incorporating innovation & research methodology. I have formal training in change management principles and methodologies, organizational learning, project management and executive coaching.
